Franchisee partners
There are as many methods of doing the business as are the number of people and the same can be multiplied and multiplied by the number of thoughts arising in all these minds.
One method of forwarding a business is through franchisee partners. In pharmaceutical distribution chain, franchisee partners are just like middle-men coordinating between the company and the consumers. They bring business and help to take the company ahead leaps and bounds.
Monopoly rights are the rights offered to the franchisee in order to ensure the said firm that in its area of distribution, he sole will have the rights to sell the products of that particular company. The rights vary from firm to firm according to the area of their distribution. There can be targets given or there can be no targets. Flexibility and rigidity both depend upon the working policies of the company which of course, varies from company to company, product to product. Even a same company can give multiple franchisees in the same are but for different products.
The company and the franchisee partner both have to go through a mutual agreement for the same, which needs to be in black and while (legal).The same is done on the legal paper and after the due formalities in front of a legal person authorized by the law for the same. All the terms and conditions for both the parties are laid down there on the document and also mentioned is the validity of that agreement which may vary for each partner.
Franchisee rights can be varies on the basis of:
1. Area of distribution
2.Target sale
3.Number of population being covered
4. Disease vulnerable areas
5.Selection of products
...and many more can be added or deleted from time to time.
